Curly's Caravan Referral Form
In order to be eligible for Curly's Caravan you must fall in to one of these criteria:
- A family with a disabled child with a life-limiting condition (highest priority).
- A family with a disabled child living within the home.
- A family living with a child in care or a child previously in care.
- A family who need a break and have never had a family holiday before, and don’t have the funds to provide one themselves.
All referrals are considered by the Trustees of Curly's Legacy charity, and each referrer will be contacted directly to be informed of the decision of the Board. All Board decisions are final.
