Hi! I'm Lily and I joined the team at Curly's Farm in 2021. 

I love working at the farm as no two days are the same! I love being outdoors, around animals and working alongside an amazing team of people. My favourite animals on the farm are the pigs!

I started off working with the young people on the farm, I loved working with our 1:1s and sharing my knowledge and watching their confidence grow! 

In September 2024 I started a new role as Curriculum Lead, where I now oversee the education side of the farm by helping put together our curriculum, our young people's targets, progress reports and providing support to farm staff as they work towards the young people's targets and goals. 

Curly's Farm is part of the AQA Unit Award Scheme and will soon be delivering ASDAN courses. 

My favourite part of my new role is seeing the progress our young people make and the big smiles when they receive their certificates!

Before starting at Curly's I studied Animal management at Hadlow college and have had a range of different animal jobs. I also have my BSL Level 1 certificate and hope to continue this.
