Our curriculum is organised into three pathways — Discoverers, Explorers and Investigators — which allow us to teach by stage rather than age. Young people are placed on the pathway that matches their current point of development and move between pathways as they progress.

Learning takes place both in the classroom and out on the farm, across a structured daily timetable. Literacy, numeracy and communication are taught alongside animal care, horticulture, life skills, art, design and technology, and physical education. Achievement is accredited through the AQA Unit Award Scheme, so that every young person leaves with a meaningful record of what they have learned, whatever their starting point
